Wir haben unseren Spendenaufruf am 16. April durch Rundmail an unsere Mitglieder gestartet. Seitdem sind schon über 60.000 € (Stand: 06.06.2020) auf dem Spendenkonto eingegangen, weitere Spenden sind zugesagt. Allen Spendern sagen wir ein herzliches Dankeschön!
Ein Großteil der Spenden haben wir bereits an Ursula Ohly, Kirenge, Father Faustin, Mutete, Father Mathias, Tabagwe, Schwester Casilde, Gisenye, überwiesen.
Die erste Not konnte in deren Umfeld gelindert werden. Da ein Ende der Ausgangssperre nicht absehbar ist und sich Afrika wohl erst ganz am Beginn dieser Krise befindet, besteht weiterer Hilfsbedarf. Wir werden daher versuchen, weitere Mittel aufzutreiben, um den Hunger in Ruanda zu lindern.
Wie Ihr aus den beigefügten Mails und Fotos unserer Partner entnehmen könnt, ist die Dankbarkeit für unsere Aktion riesig. Wir werden Euch weiter über die Lage in Ruanda und unsere Hilfsmassnahmen berichten.
